Godly Garments - Pure Fabrics |
 |
Did
you know that throughout the Bible, God considers our
clothing to be symbolic of our conduct?
How
then, do we understand the Biblical prohibitions against
wearing mixed fabrics? Does God forbid only linen/wool
blends, or does the Hebrew shaatnez
require a broader rendering?
If
you wish to live by every word of God, this piece is tailored
for you!

| Jesus'
Final Hours: Two Part Sermon |
 |
Have you ever wondered how all of the events from Jesus'
"Last Supper" until His burial could have
occurred within only 24 hours? Have you been perplexed
by the differences between the Gospels
– was Jesus crucified at 9:00 a.m. as
Mark reads, or was He crucified at about noon, as indicated
by John? Would you like to hear these questions accurately
resolved?
More importantly, do you desire a deeper appreciation
for the suffering and sacrifice which our innocent Savior
endured to redeem each one of us from our sins?
The
movie industry and even churches promote distortions;
yet you can know what really happened!
As you listen, be sure also to use the very helpful
Time Line, available below, which shows these final
hours events in the order of their occurrence, providing
Biblical references for each event.

Eternal Judgment - What Will It Mean for You? |
 |
What happens to us after we die? Do we just return to
dust, and that's it? If
we are faithful servants of God, do we immediately go
to heaven? Is
there a resurrection?
What
happens to those who reject God's calling? Is there
a judgment day? Do they go to suffer in hell forever?
Will
those who never know anything at all of God, Jesus Christ,
or the Bible also suffer in hell?
Could
we be mistakenly assuming that we will be with
Christ in His Kingdom? What does the Bible really teach
about death and the afterlife?

"Thus Says the Lord!" |
 |
Glossing over the lack of prophets within modern "Christianity,"
most denominations suggest that the gift of prophecy can
be represented merely by inspired preaching or teaching.
On
the other hand, at least two major denominations - the
Mormons ("prophet" Joseph Smith) and the Seventh
Day Adventists ("prophetess" Ellen G. White)
- base their fundamental doctrines on beliefs in modern
prophecy.
Was
Joseph Smith a prophet of the Almighty Creator God?
Was Ellen G. White "the Lord's messenger"
- "more than [a] prophet," as she claimed?
Or are these and other individuals imposters
- false prophets?
How can we know?
Can prophets and prophetesses even exist
in the Body of Christ today?
Find
out what the Lord really says!

When Should We Observe the Christian Passover? |
 |
Tragic bewilderment reigns among God’s people pertaining
to this crucial Christian memorial. Some believe that
they must observe the Passover at the beginning
of the fourteenth, some suppose it should be mid-afternoon,
and others think they ought to wait until the end
of the day – effectively placing the observance on the
fifteenth.
When
should members of our Savior’s Body be observing
the Passover? How can we come to God’s mind on
this vital matter?
This
booklet-length article provides much-needed Scriptural
answers through a careful examination of key Biblical
words and passages used in connection with the Passover.

Divergence in the Church: Preserving the Unity of the Faith |
 |
Hours
before His crucifixion, Jesus prayed to the Father on our
behalf, that by our oneness we might witness to the world
– “that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world
may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have
loved Me.”
What
is the foundation for this spiritual oneness? Does Godly
accord preclude divergence? Or are some differences of
doctrine and practice to be tolerated within His Church?
Should
the Church enforce unity? Suspension from Christian
fellowship – often called "disfellowshipment"
or "excommunication" – is brandished like a
weapon by some, but is despised by many as a "harsh"
punitive practice.
How
would Jesus have us properly address divergence, so as
to build and preserve vital unity of faith within His
Body?

Are Christians Guaranteed Salvation? |
 |
Millions who profess Christianity feel secure, resting on
the assurances of their clergy, who claim that a born again
Christian cannot lose salvation. Countless worshippers
suppose that salvation is irrevocably guaranteed
to every Christian who has committed to the Lord.
Yet
what does God tell us in the Bible? What is the truth
of the matter? Are Christians guaranteed salvation?
Does this popular teaching reflect reality or merely myth?
Could millions of worshippers be falling prey to a seductive
religious deception?
You
need to resolve this crucial salvation issue!
